Interview with Starfucked

Starfucked is a model based in Stockholm, Sweden who specializes in alternative, latex and fetish photography. She has worked on a vast array of projects and is greatly sought after for her professionalism, style and sense of humor. She loves to collaborate in the creative process and is always willing to do what it takes to get an amazing shot!

Starfucked, it is great to meet you. I want to start out by asking you about how you chose your name, “Starfucked”.

- Hi!

I saw Starfuck somewhere and it just popped up when I started to think of what my model name should be. I think it fits me pretty good ;D

Are you afraid that your name may keep you out of some more conservative media who may not wish to print it?

No I don´t think so, It shouldn´t be a problem in the fetish world

Tell us how you first got interested in modeling?

I got contacted by a photographer that asked me if I wanted to do a shoot with him because he liked my pictures. My first thought was – no, that´s nothing for me, but I talked to a friend so we did it together just for fun J and I liked it.

Then it took like 7 months and I never thought about doing it again, until another photographer TzR wrote to me and asked if I would like to do a shoot. I´ve always liked his pictures so I couldn´t say no to that. And it was somewhere here I really started to like it ^^

You look very comfortable in front of the camera. Were you nervous during your first shoot?

Yes. I was very nervous, I´ve always hated to be on pictures haha, but this time I wanted to do something new. I still get nervous before shoots but not as much as before I get nervous in a good way I think!

How do you work? During your shoots did you collaborate with the photographer on the concepts for you shots?

Yes J I often collaborate with the photographer I work with and with the designer. I think it’s important that everyone gets to say their part, that´s when it gets really good! ^^

As you build up your portfolio would you like to branch out into other forms of modeling?

I would love to do more theme shoots right now, but I love latex and fetish so I wouldn’t change that but of course it might be fun to try something new. Maybe burlesque?

What is the modeling industry like in Sweden?

I’m pretty new to the industry but there are very nice models and designers here.

I think one of your strongest features are your eyes. They really stand out in your photos. What do you feel are your strongest?

I think I´ll have to agree with you ;D

Tell us about your tattoos and piercings. Any plans on getting more?

I always liked piercings and tattoos J The first piercing I did was my tongue, when I was 17. I didn’t get to pierce myself until I was 18 but I couldn’t wait so me and my friend did it on the summer when we were away from home. My mom got so mad when she saw it. When I was 18 I did the labret and then I just kept going.

I have 4 tattoos right now and I’m planning on doing a few more. I would love to have a sleeve and something on my thigh.. oh and I want to do some more roses on my hip I think I love tattoos!

Are there any models or photographers that inspire you or that you would like to work with in the future?

There´s a lot of really good photographers that would love to work with, two of them are Robert Alvarado and Fairy-Tales-Photography.

Hm.. the most inspiring model is Ophelia Overdose, she´s so cool and beautiful! But I have many more

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I’m studying right now and trying to get my drivers license so it takes a lot of my time right now. J But I love to go out and have fun with my friends. And of course to cuddle at home! ^^

From what I have seen I noticed you are always very friendly and kind to your “fans”. How important is it to you to interact with them?

I’m very friendly to the people that are friendly to me, and I love talking to my fans J I’m very happy and forward as a person and I love talking to people!
