Bamboo Yan, from the Sichuan province of China, studied classical music composition and piano. After getting bored of classical music she turn her attention to pop-electronic as the girl band leader of the famous band named “Asiadolls”. The Asiadolls performed fusion music playing electronic cello/violin and singing original songs with an Italian DJ. They traveled and performed in many countries. Interview with DJ Misloop

DJ Misloop (Janet Xue) was born in Tianjin,China. She began working as a lighting specialist in 2004 but soon discovered her love for electronic music when it was first introduced to her innocent teenage earholes in the late 90?s. She taught herself how to play music and started to play music for some clubs & bars in Tianjin, China. In 2005 she was DJing full time and began to played for 3 years in the Scarlet Club. She was invited to be guest DJ for some parties and music festivals in Beijing and Shanghai. During this time, she created her own music style and built a large fan base. Jiamin Zhu is a software engineer by day, and a photographer during the weekends. She started with drawing female figures wearing elaborate Asian or European wardrobes when she was young, and now she spends the majority of her free time photographing portraiture. Jiamin is a self-taught photographer who loves to do creative collaborations with models, makeup artists, hair stylists, and wardrobe stylists. She loves to portray beautiful models in her photos. Her photos are very colorful, emotional or elaborate and contain some unusual elements that are not found in every day photography. Interview with Lin Di of Cold Fairyland

Cold Fairyland,is based in Shanghai, China. Their style combines Eastern melodies and rhythms with Western symphonic rock and classical music. These two sides allow them to play in concert halls as well as in rock clubs. Cold Fairyland was established in 2001 by LinDi (Vocals/Pipa/Keyboard) and Su Yong (Bass). They reworked several songs each had previously written and made a demo. Soon after it’s unofficial release online, it was picked up by an underground record company LStape and released on cassette.
